He has served as a Deputy Secretary General of the World Taekwondo Federation (1991-1999) and is also a professor in the Department of Sports Diplomacy at Chungcheong College. He has already written other books on Taekwondo: Dynamic Taekwondo and Taekwondo Kyorugi.
